Michael Cacace to Present on Stamford Planning & Zoning Process

Join the North Stamford Association’s forum on “The Planning and Zoning Process in Stamford – How it Works Today and What the Future Holds”

On Wednesday, April 10th, 2019, founding partner Michael J. Cacace will present at the North Stamford Association’s evening forum on The Planning and Zoning Process in Stamford – How It Works Today and What the Future Holds.” Mr. Cacace will be joined by Ralph Blessing, Director of the Stamford Land Use Bureau.

This educational forum aims to provide historical context, information and education about zoning processes, so that when particular applications become the focus of attention it can be better understood how various boards interact, what procedural steps are required, the opportunity for advocacy, and the fact that specific changes may impact more than the property in question.

The forum will take place from 6:30 pm to 8 pm at the Long Ridge Fire Company at 366 Old Long Ridge Road, Stamford, CT 06903. The event is open to members of the North Stamford Association. (Non-members with proof of 06903 residence may join or renew at the door.) RSVP not required. Advance questions for the speakers may be emailed to info@northstamfordassoc.org.
