On April 9th, 2019, partner Nicholas W. Vitti Jr. will present at the Fairfield County Bar Association’s Municipal Law Committee Luncheon along with Paul Fria, tax assessor for the Town of Westport and Nicholas Bamonte, Esq. of Berchem Moses P.C. Learn about real estate valuation basics and the role of a tax assessor therein, and the fundamentals of filing and processing an appeal to the Board of Assessment Appeals and Superior Court. Presenters will also share insight on selected issues from the perspectives of both Town Attorneys and plaintiffs. NY & CT CLE credits are available.

About Nicholas W. Vitti Jr.

Nicholas William Vitti Jr. became a partner with Cacace, Tusch & Santagata in January 2016 and has been with the firm since 2008. Attorney Vitti focuses his practice on land use and real estate development, tax appeals and valuation, and civil litigation. He received his Juris Doctorate in 2005 from Quinnipiac University School of Law; and also holds a B.A. in History with a minor in Business Administration. He is a former director of the Fairfield County Bar Association and a lifelong resident of Bethel, Connecticut, where he serves as Deputy Town Counsel and is the Chairman of the Bethel Democratic Town Committee.
