Stillwater Avenue LLC has received municipal approval to construct a mixed-use development with 36 apartment units on Stamford’s West Side. CTS partner, Nicholas Vitti, represented the developer in obtaining the planning and zoning approvals for the real estate development.
The new four-story building at 171 Stillwater Avenue in Stamford will replace a vacant commercial building and smaller residential building that will be demolished to make way for the new structure. The ground floor of the new development is expected to become retail space for up to three establishments.
“We congratulate Stillwater Avenue LLC on receiving approval to move forward with this new residential project that will eliminate existing eyesores, and enhance and enliven the neighborhood’s character,” said Mr. Vitti.
