A Respected Source For Legal Advice

At Cacace, Tusch & Santagata, we believe the best way to serve clients is at a very personal level. To that end, we’ve built a team that provides legal advice across diverse practice areas — we can furnish representation for many situations you may encounter.

Our team of lawyers and support staff brings a variety of skills and experience to fields like family law, real estate law, zoning, trusts and estates, and civil litigation. Individual and corporate clients are represented with equal dedication.

We are proud of the statewide reputation that we have established for high-quality legal advocacy over multiple practice areas. Our firm and attorneys have been recognized by professional and peer review organizations for holding the highest level of legal skills and ethical standards, earning many of our attorneys an AV Preeminent rating* through Martindale Hubbell and placements on the Connecticut Super Lawyers** list.

Our Philosophy Prioritizes Clients And Community

From our office in Stamford, Connecticut, Cacace, Tusch & Santagata provides effective legal counsel across Connecticut. For over 30 years, we have served our clients with responsive and capable legal representation. Founded by Attorney Michael Cacace in 1982, the firm became known as Cacace, Tusch & Santagata in 1993 after partner Frank D’Andrea was appointed a Superior Court judge.

At its inception, Cacace, Tusch & Santagata was recognized primarily as a practice that focused on the real estate needs of commercial and residential clients. Over three decades the firm has evolved to address the wide-ranging needs of an ever-diversifying client base. We have grown by expanding the scope of our legal services, always striving to maintain the quality of our representation as the practice expanded.

Today, our team includes attorneys working across 13 practice areas. Because we work collaboratively between practice areas to serve all our clients’ needs, Cacace, Tusch & Santagata can address multiple legal issues our clients encounter. Real estate clients call us when valuation issues arise, and our business law clients may need our experience on land use or landlord-tenant issues. We establish full-service lifelong relationships with our clients.

We also focus on helping clients deal with delicate and emotional family law issues involving divorce, child custody, domestic violence resolution, post-judgment modifications and more. You can rely on our experienced, compassionate team to listen to your concerns and help you seek the resolution you desire.

Maintaining a close relationship with the communities where we live and work is as important a part of our culture as caring for the clients we represent. In addition to providing quality legal services, Cacace, Tusch & Santagata has a long-established tradition of public service, supporting many regional nonprofit and public service organizations such as Kids in Crisis, the Stamford Red Cross, the Stamford Center for the Arts, Visiting Nurse and Hospice Care, and the United Way of Stamford.
